This past month has seriously taken a hold of my diet/exercise/trying to be a healthier person (Operation Fluffy No More/OFNM), and choked all the life out of it.
I've had plenty of posts too, bitching myself out for complete neglect of OFNM. Like here.
Thankfully, things at work have finally calmed down a bit...for the time being. Don't get me wrong though, I love that work is getting crazy, I actually perform better under stress...it's just the eating/working out that suffers.
I feel kind of ashamed of myself since I did so well on my 30 Day Shred Challenge, but then pretty much shit away the first 4 weeks of my Ripped in 30 Challenge.
I did start my Ripped in 30 Challenge over yesterday, and the past month of not doing it definitely showed through!
Here's the calendar I will be using, doing it M-F for 6 weeks!

Now I really do think I've found a new wind, I got out of my groove and I love being a creature of habit, so I have to get to where eating right and doing my dvds/workouts becomes a habit again!
